Year 2007
Ningbo V-Shine Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a Ningbo JinPin subsidiary, was incorporated to collaboratively produce Constant Velocity (CV) driveshaft assembly, stabilizing bar and manage R&D and sales.
2014
为满足主机客户的扩产及质量提升需求，公司新增OEM生产基地投产，使用面积21000㎡，年产能200万套，将售后与主机的生产基地分开生产管理。

To satisfy OEMs’ raised quality and increased production demands, the company added 21,000 square meters production floor space capable of delivering 2 million sets in addition to the aftermarket segment.
2015
随着公司日益发展壮大，2015年4月，公司OEM生产基地二期开始动工，面积23000㎡，预计2016年10月完工投产，届时将达到年产300万套的配套能力。

The company continued to grow. In April 2015, OEM production phase II development was launched. It will have an annual production capacity of 3 million sets and will be completed and operational by October 2016.

机器换人工程成功，生产自动化程度达到了95%以上。成立信息化管理部门，信息化管理升级。

Ningbo JinPin Electronic Company was establish in 1972. It made a perfect transformation and upgrading from a polymer and satellite TV components manufacturer to a modern automotive components manufacturer.
In 2007, Ningbo V-Shine Auto Parts Co. Ltd. was incorporated, dedicating to R&D, manufacturing and marketing of automotive drive shaft, stabilizing bar, drive axle dust covers, jointly with Ningbo JinPin.
Ningbo V-Shine Auto Parts Co. Ltd presently owns CNY 300 million fixed assets, 650 direct staffs, 106,666 square meters floor area, annual production of 4 million assembly sets, achieving automotive industrial and OEM standards and specifications.
